After his military service, James dedicated over 20 years to law enforcement, serving his community and developing a deep, practical understanding of the legal system from the ground up. He saw firsthand how the law impacts real people in real situations — and he knew he wanted to do more.
Driven by that calling, James earned his Bachelor of Science from Barry University and went on to graduate cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. He founded J. Randle Law to bring the same level of dedication, precision, and personal accountability to every client he serves.
